Exercises online:

A lot of people ask me what kind of exercises they could do, so here are a few suggestions and links. I would always advice to watch the whole video in full and then turn off the visual and just follow the audio, without watching the distraction and at a time convenient to you.

Most of the links I am giving are devoted to nourishing your yin, calming down the system and giving you gentle and tonifying movements. I feel most of the exercises we are given in gyms and classes are there to ‘shout’ our body into shape, instead of giving us an encouraging tone.

I hope you enjoy these links and feel free to explore and see if these providers have exercises tailored to your specific needs.

Gentle morning yoga

Bedtime qigong

For yin yoga and restorative Pilates classes in London, I recommend:

Rachel Stephens: she introduced me to Pilates in 2014 and I can honestly say that this experience has put me firmly on my healing path.

For Qi Gong and Tai Chi classes in London, I recommend:

Stuart Verity: he was my teacher when I was studying Tui Na. He is based in East London where he teaches Tai Chi and Qi Gong with deep, systematic and in-depth knowledge.
